We pay you Rs.5000 for each Successful Referral* to ITfirst Consultants and its clients (not just your company).
Successful Referral* - This means a unique candidate referred by you who gets placed by ITfirst Consultants to any of its clients and joins within a span of 6 months from the date of referring. And only the first referrer of a candidate can be considered for a referral bonus.
We all know Employee referral programs and their benefits BUT here we are talking about “ITfirst Referral” not “Employee referral”.
We ITfirst Consultants provide staffing/recruitment services. As part of our operations, we engage with many clients and prospects quite often and come across multiple requirements and resourcing needs. Those are from different technologies, domains, and positions. So, we have a good pool of resourcing requirements and that’s growing.
It is the first-ever referral program without any organization limits. You can refer anyone who is open to exploring a better opportunity, be it from your own network or even outside your network that crossed you someway. You need not limit referrals to any specific skill, domain, position, or organization. Let’s compare!
The image at the right is our unique ITfirst Referral Program. Our referral program's effectiveness lies behind the fact that it has all the advantages of a typical employee referral program, and all limitations/disadvantages/concerns are not relevant due to the structure of program.
ITfirst being staffing company, we have a sizable pool of resource requirements and to fulfill them, we need bigger pool of resources who are actively looking for better opportunities. So, our referral program just bridges the two sides by allowing every individual to refer anyone who is looking for change. Individual need not go into details of expertise of job seeker and seeing if there is a relevant requirement or not. Once individual submits a referral, heavy lifting of screening a resume, understanding aspirations and other factors and then matching those profiles with client requirements is taken care by ITfirst team.
The image at left depicts a typical Employee Referral Program that we all know. In this, there is a fair amount of time spent by employees in finding a matching candidate. And chances of getting a candidate for referral program are low as employees must search for candidates meeting only specific requirement(s) in his own company.
Generally, we talk a lot on advantages of employee referral program which is true but there are some genuine concerns as below –

If you are providing a referral for any specific open position from our Careers page, it would be ideal to mention the corresponding job code as it speeds up further steps. It will be nice if you can provide technology/skillset details of a candidate in message box but fine if you don't have them.
